Throughout the month of July, a crowdfunding campaign was active to fund the publication of our children’s fairy tale book – Stories from the Meadows and Wetlands. We are pleased to say that the campaign was successful. We managed to collect more than 150% of the set amount for the publishing and printing of the book, thanks to which we will be able to print more pieces of the book.
The book of fairy tales with a conservation theme will thus be able to reach more children, from whom future nature conservationists may one day grow up.
The book Stories from Meadows and Wetlands has been of great interest since the beginning of the Startlab campaign. This is evidenced by the support of 300 people, thanks to whom we managed to raise funds.
Environmental topics we deal with in nature conservation on a daily basis were written by three well-known Slovak writers – Veronika Šikulová, Márius Kopcsay and Juraj Raýman.
We are looking forward to releasing it soon. As soon as it comes from the printers, we will distribute it to all Startlab supporters.
