We came to check the progress of the works on Kráľovská lúka – the upper frame culvert has already been installed and equipped with manipulable sluice gate, which was tested in practice by our colleague Andrej. The works in the middle part of the arm, with aim of connecting the two side branches to the stream, is already finished, the water has flowed in here and is full of life – fish, frogs, snails, dragonflies… in the area of the outlet, the river bed was dredged and deepened and currently a culvert is being constructed here.
We are looking forward to the final phase, when we will open the inlet completely and fill the entire system with water from the Baka branch system.
